Sally Frazer, Director

After many years in the pharmaceutical industry, mainly in business management, sales and training roles I went freelance and built up a successful business working as a coach and trainer.

Over the years I have gained expertise in coaching pharmaceutical sales professionals to apply selling models, drive business and account plans and in addition, have extensive experience in coaching sales managers through individual and team challenges. Much of my experience is with FLSMs, KAMs and MSL teams increasing in-call effectiveness all over Europe.

Back in the day I was a ward sister in Nottingham. I pride myself on seeking great outcomes for patients and never losing sight of positive commercial and professional partnerships. I feel very strongly that how you make people feel is just as important as the information you impart. I want people to be inspired, supported, challenged and heard.

Lorraine and I have lots in common, not least both loving rugby but supporting rival teams! We are also no strangers to a glass of wine after a good dog walk. Most importantly we share the same values – integrity, service and trust. Lorraine Griffiths, Director

The perfect title for my Autobiography I’ve always thought would be ‘My Life of Crime and Drugs’.
Not quite as salacious as it first appears but the title sums up nicely my career path!

Having graduated from University I joined the Metropolitan Police and worked as a Police Officer in London for 14 years. The importance of working as a team, maintaining high standards and discipline and the ability to engage with people from all aspects of life were crucial factors of my role.

This lived experience and skill-set were readily transferable to the Pharmaceutical Industry where I subsequently worked for many years, mostly in sales business management. Building high-performing teams and leading them to commercial success was one of the most rewarding aspects of my role. This passion continued through my next career move into Medical Devices again as a sales leader and provided me with the opportunity to engage & gain experience in this dynamic sector.

I set up my own consultancy in 2016 working as a freelance performance coach & trainer and as an associate with various companies. During one of these projects my path crossed with Sally and it now feels like fate played a part in bringing us together as we embark on our business at FrazerGriffiths together. What a team!

Jane McKenzie, Associate

I could say I’ve seen it all, with over 25 years in the Pharmaceutical and Medical Device industries. From training surgeons in the operating theatre to helping MedTech and Digital Health companies find their way through the NHS, my career has been built around connection, curiosity, and making things happen — always with a smile.

I have launched numerous products across a wide range of therapeutic areas including gastroenterology, cardiology, neurology, and women’s health. I have a knack for turning complex science into meaningful conversations and for building lasting partnerships that deliver results in equal measure. I am also trained in SLII (Leading Situationally II) and Business Acumen, so can blend commercial know-how with emotional intelligence to help people and teams thrive.
I’ve had the pleasure of working with Lorraine and Sally for many years and our shared commitment to putting people first has led to many fantastic business outcomes. FrazerGriffiths feels like the perfect fit for me, like coming home— a reunion of shared values, great teamwork, and plenty of fun.

You could say I’ve taken the scenic route to get here — from insurance and marketing to system development, education, and finally into the world of pharmaceuticals!

For the past five years, I’ve been freelancing in the industry, helping teams grow through training, development, material creation, and approval.

With a personal background that also includes oncology and caring, I’ve found a role that feels purposeful and perfectly suited — supporting the talented people who are driving innovation and positive change across healthcare, delivering learning that truly makes an impact.

It was during one of these congress training programmes that I met the wonderful Sally and Lorraine, and I’m delighted to now be part of their fantastic team at FrazerGriffiths — a team that blends knowledge, professionalism, collaboration, and just the right amount of humour.
