Content could include ; Expectations and standards of working on a Congress Booth; Reaching out pro-actively from the Booth, The First 30 seconds – engaging with HCP’s, what to say/how to make the right impression; Composing and delivering elevator pitches.
Team building workshops – content could include getting to know other Booth team personnel prior to Congress; sharing experience and best practice of working on a Booth; building on each other’s strengths.
Facilitating WhatsApp groups for Booth teams – both pre and during Congress for logistical and communication reasons.
In person coaching and support on the Booth during the entire Congress and exhibition hours. Daily feedback provided.

Post-Congress Survey – results are collated and a feedback meeting arranged.
